Next January 31st, ECIJA participates in the Conference organized by the Institute of Business Development “Regulation and law of electronic signature”, with Alonso Hurtado, partner of the Firm.

Regulation (EU) 910/2014 on Electronic Identification and Trusted Services for Electronic Transactions in the Internal Market, applicable directly to all Member States, which has been in force since 1 July, has modified key aspects for the Generation of trust in the online environment, supposing a before and after in the matter of identification and electronic signature and electronic security in organizations.

We will analyze these modifications in the conference that will take place in the Club Financiero Génova Madrid (Calle Marqués de la Ensenada 16).
