Camila is a lawyer from the University of the Hemispheres, a member of the Arbitration, Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Competition Law teams. She has a master’s degree in economic analysis of law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She has participated in several arbitration processes, different alternative methods of conflict resolution, as well as processes before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction and civil matters. Advises clients on corporate matters and intellectual property. She has cooperated in advising and representing clients in investigations carried out by the national authority on Competition Law. She has experience in advising companies under FIDIC contracts.
She has written several articles on arbitration and competition law and has cooperated as a teaching assistant in the subject “Arbitration proceedings” at the San Francisco University of Quito.
