Christian Molina is a partner in the financial, real estate, Corporate/ M&A and dispute resolution areas of ECIJA Dominican Republic.
He advises international clients on how to implement, protect and optimise their investments in the Dominican Republic.
Christian has extensive experience as an advisor on financial transactions and investments in the energy and commercial real estate sectors and in acquisitions.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M from American Law from Boston University. He is currently a lecturer in Tax Law in various Master’s programme of the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University.
He has been recognised by Legal 500 and is currently the chair of the Association of Dominican Trustees, Inc. (ASOFIDOM) and
a member of the Dominican Bar Association.
