Eduardo Palao
Eduardo is a partner at ECIJA’s tax area in Barcelona. With more than 10-years’ experience, he specialises in advising family companies, large national business groups (consolidated tax regime) and multinational companies (direct and indirect taxation) and in the personal tax structure of large taxpayers.
She developed her career by advising on family business plans (Wealth Tax, ISD and personal income tax), due diligence processes, corporate restructurings and tax planning, at both the national and international level, indirect taxation and national and cross-border successions.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Pompeu Fabra University and an MA in Tax Affairs from the Advanced School of Business Management and Administration (ESADE), and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Eduardo speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
