Felipe Fernández
Felipe Fernández is a partner at ECIJA Pamplona’s Industrial Property area. He has more than 15-years’ experience in protection of intangible assets, having advised companies, technology centres, universities, start-ups and entrepreneurs on how to protect, manage and use know-how derived from R&D activities.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from the University of Navarra and an MA in International Business Law from the Advanced School of Business Management and Administration (ESADE. Felipe is a member of the Pamplona Bar Association and the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents.
Felipe speaks English and Spanish.
