Georgina García Gutiérrez

Georgina has more than 15 years of professional practice. She counsels national and international clients in intellectual property, commercial agreements and regulatory compliance, including telecommunications and consumer protection matters.

In administrative law, her practice focuses in the protection of IP of companies in its different stages, e.g. its generation, registration, statements of use, drafting of license agreements, transfers, renewals, oppositions, etc.
She has experience in obtaining telecommunication concessions and in several proceedings with the Federal Telecommunications Institute. Her professional experience in administrative law includes counseling private parties and authorities in public contracts.

Goergina has a Law Degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, ITAM.

She also counts the specialization course in Legal Reasoning also from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, ITAM.

She course the Diploma in Administrative Procedure Law at the Mexican Bar Association, BMA.

She studied the IP Course at the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO.

Actually she is studying the Diploma in Intellectual Property at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, ITAM.

She speaks Spanish, English and has conversational knowledge in French.
