Monserrat Soto
Monserrat Soto received her Law Degree by the University of Costa Rica in 2014, with honorary distinction in her graduate thesis on copyright and associated rights. In 2018, she graduated with honors in the same educational institution, where she received her degree as Specialist in Commercial Law.
Her experience is centered on private law, with emphasis in corporate, mercantile, and contractual law, as well as intellectual property and real estate. Prior to her joining the ECIJA team, she worked for seven years as the Director of the Corporate Division in an also corporate-focused law firm, where she gained broad experience in the handling of local and international clientele.
Languages: Spanish and English.
