Yolanda Lobao
Yolanda is a partner at the Private Client, Real Estate and Litigation practice areas of ECIJA and has more than 25-years’ experience as a specialised lawyer these fields.
She has led on major international projects, especially in Private Clients, and is noteworthy for her professional career at international firms.
She is a Solicitor of England & Wales since 2000 and Commissioner for Oaths, and has been the Barcelona Bar Association’s (ICAB) Delegate for London since 2013.
Yolanda has been the President of the International Law and EU Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association and is, currently, Board Member of the International Committee.
Legal 500 and Best Lawyers has ranked her among the top lawyers in the Spanish market in Litigation and M&A, and she is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Law Society of England & Wales, the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Ms Lobao holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from the University of Barcelona, an LLM in European Business Law from the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and holds a degree from the Law Society University in London.
Yolanda speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
