ECIJA opens in Valencia its third office in Spain.
Following its growth strategy, ECIJA integrates Romá Bohorques law firm, with a team of two partners and ten professionals in the city of Valencia, led by Pablo Romá.
ECIJA, through the integration of Romá Bohorques Law Firm, inaugurates a new office in the city of Valencia, located at Calle Pintor Sorolla 16, being the third headquarters of the Firm in Spain, after Madrid and Barcelona, and the fifth globally.
Romá Bohorques Abogados Tributarios, which is now part of ECIJA structure, is a business law firm with a strong specialization in Tax Law, which in its eight years of existence has worked in important mergers and acquisitions, fiscal operations, cross-border transactions, which have led its managing partner, Pablo Romá, to be recognized as Leading Individual by Chambers & Partners.
As a result of this strategic move, ECIJA Valencia will be led by Pablo Romá Bohorques (founder and managing partner of Romá Bohorqués) and will have a team of 10 lawyers and 2 partners, who will advise clients highlighting it’s specialization in Tax and accompanied by the leadership of the Group in Information Technologies, Media and Telecommunications, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

About Pablo Romá
With his integration in ECIJA, Pablo will assume the direction of Valencia Office and the Tax practice area at ECIJA. Pablo has a professional experience of more than 15 years in tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructuring and private clients.
He began his professional career as Inspector of Taxes of the Generalitat Valenciana, and before ECIJA he worked as a lawyer in firms such as Deloitte and Broseta. Professor at different universities and business schools, he egularly lectures on taxation in several forums, highlighting the Chamber of Commerce and the Valencia Stock Exchange. He is also a regular press contributor.
In addition, Pablo is Founder of the Council Spain – Mexico and Honorary Consul of Mexico in Valencia by the Mexican Government.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and is a member of the Valencia Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Spanish Association of Financial Lawyers (AEDF) and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisers (AEDAF).
His career has also been highlighted by Chambers & Partners, who has recognized him as one of the best tax lawyers in the Spanish market.
