Next Thursday 27 October, organized in collaboration with the Instituto de Empresa we will participate in the Masterclass “Privacy and data protection, a view from Latin America”, where we will discuss issues such as Latin America advances in the effective regulation of data protection,  what challenges are facing the companies to comply with the various regulations and how will the General Data Potection Regulation affectto different regulatory frameworks and countries with different level of protection.

During the masterclass, will participate Francisbel Jerez Castillo (Vice Consul of the Dominican Republic), Mauricio Garro Guillen (National Director of the Daat Protection Agency in Costa Rica), Sara Maria Fernandez (Manager Consumer and Privacy Telefonica Spain) and Daniel Lopez Carballo (Senior Associate IT, Privacy and data Protection at ECIJA and responsible for the initiative of the Latin American Observatory on Data Protection), under the moderation of Cristina Sirera, Colt data Protection Advisor and Coordinator of Privacy, Data Protection and Security Program at the Instituto de Empresa.

The Masterclass “Privacy and data protection, a view from Latin America,” which can be followed by streaming on this link, will take place on Thursday 27 October at 19.00 hours (Madrid time UTC / GMT + 1 h)at  the headquarters of the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
