ECIJA announces the creation of a new business area to service Russian companies and individuals wishing to invest in Spanish property. The government’s recent announcement to grant Spanish residency for property investments of €500,000 or more (under the Entrepreneurs Act) is attracting extensive interest from non-EU investors – particularly those in Russia – looking to establish a residence in Spain.

Kyryllova, born in Ukraine and with a Russian mother, spent most of her childhood in Spain and Russia before moving with her family to Barcelona. As a result she has mastered Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish, as well as Catalan and English.
