Cristiane is partner of TMT, Privacy and Personal Data Protection, Innovation department of CTA ECIJA. She has more than 18 years of experience in regulation of telecommunications and new technologies sector. Extensive performance in contracts, regulatory risk analysis, modeling of new business, legal and tax advice. Institutional performance through sector entities, publication of position papers and participation in national and international events and conferences.
She holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law, both from the University of Sao Paulo – USP, as well as specialization in Digital Law from the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society – Harvard University – Cambridge, USA and a master’s degree in International Relations from the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP – San Tiago Dantas Program.
Cristiane’s institutional activity includes participation in ITU-D Study Group 1 – “Enabling environment for the development of telecommunications/ICTs, and direct involvement in the ABRINT and LAC-ISP Advisory Council and coordination of the Telcomp regulatory working group. She also contributed to the collection of information carried out by the OECD in the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Review (2019/2020).
She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OAB/SP).
