Donovan Mazza Lessa is a partner in the Tax Department and focuses on tax litigation in regional courts, superior courts and administrative councils, as well as on consulting. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Finance, Taxation and Development from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), a Master’s in Tax Law from the Cândido Mendes University (UCAM) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF).
He is a professor at the Post-Graduate Course in Tax Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of Rio de Janeiro (FGV Rio) and a member of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF).
