Rosana is a specialist in digital law, with more than 25 years of experience in the area of technology, innovation and labor in large law firms. She graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo, post graduated in Labor and Social Security Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo – USP, in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP and in Information Technology and Digital Law from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. Rosana has a specialization in Contracts from Harvard Law School.
President of the Digital Law Commission of OAB/SP, Researcher of the Center of Studies, Society and Technology of the Polytechnic School of USP (POLI – USP), Considered one of the most admired lawyers in the area of Labor Law by Análise Advocacia 500 (since 2018), Lecturer responsible for teaching courses on LGPD throughout the country, as well as she is always interviewed by radio and television stations as a specialist in reports on the area of digital law, among which the first report produced on the sanction of LGPD in Brazil stands out, as well as the author of several publications in books, magazines and newspapers with wide circulation.
