Juan José Enríquez
Juan José is an ECIJA partner in Taxation, with over 10-years’ experience as a State Auditor and more than 20 years as a tax advisor.
His career has focused on providing tax and accounting advice to groups of national and multinational companies and to state-owned entities and corporations.
He is a specialist in corporate restructurings, providing assistance and representation in state tax audits, on taxation in the real estate sector, and on taxation of state-owned entities and corporations.
He also has experience advising on insolvency proceedings and providing legal counsel in insolvency proceedings.
He holds a licentiate in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia and an LLB in Law from the European University. He has been a Tax Auditor and Dean of the Valencia Association of Economists.
