Enrique del Cueto
Enrique del Cueto Pérez is a partner at ECIJA’s Employment and Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice areas. He has over 16-years’ experience advising multinational companies on employment matters.
He specialises in employment law advisory matters, defence of unjustified dismissals and claims, compliance with work hour/salary standards, complaints, and management of employment, tax and immigration matters related to crossborder hires.
Enrique has published podcasts and has actively participated in presentations and publications during his career.
At the beginning of his legal career, Enrique worked in the public sector, in both the executive and in the judicial branches of the Government of Puerto Rico.
With an LLB in Law magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, he speaks English and Spanish.
