Alfonso María Autuori
Alfonso is a partner at the employment practice area of ECIJA, with broad experience providing comprehensive employment advice to international and national clients, especially in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions, which he has consolidated in the Firm for more than ten years.
He is an expert on issues related to hiring, remuneration policies and dismissal of senior executives, having participated in representing companies and professionals in numerous judicial employment court proceedings in all instances, and in the out-of-court resolution of individual and collective conflicts.
He is also an expert on hiring of foreign workers on issues related to international worker mobility.
Alfonso holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho), an MA in International Business Law and in Employment Legal Affairs and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Mr Autuori speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
