Ana Bastos
Ana is a partner at ECIJA in Portugal, a specialist in technologies, media and telecommunications with more than 12-years’ experience.
She has more than 18-years’ experience in advising domestic and international companies on new technologies, GDPR compliance, specifically intellectual property, internet, e-commerce and commercial contracts (Media Markt, Dentsu, Mercaadona, the Impacting Group, among others).
She holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from the Law School of Portuguese Catholic University. Ana speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese and is a member of the “Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses”.
In addition, Ana has been distinguished by IBERIAN LAWYER IP & TMT as Lawyer of the Year in Media, just as her team was also awarded Law Firm of the Year in Information Technologies and Law Firm of the Year in Privacy.
