Ángeles Bernachea
Ángeles is a partner at the Corporate/M&A and Financial area of ECIJA Argentina. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on corporate, business and financial matters, and on litigation and information technology law.
She holds a B.A. from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires with a diploma cum laude, a Master’s in Business Law from the University of San Andrés and a diploma in the programme of Banking Law and Corporate Finance of Austral University.
Ángeles speak Spanish and English.
