Armando Córdoba
Armando is a partner at ECIJA in Panama in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Taxation, Intellectual, Industrial and Audiovisual Law, and Information Technologies. He has more than 5-years’ experience advising companies on corporate law, tax law and commercial contracts. He has advised companies on new technologies, the internet, intellectual property, e-commerce and personal data protection.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Santa María la Antigua University and an MA in Tax Management from the Chartered Public Accountant University. Armando has completed the Official Data Protection Programme – Thomson Reuters Programme and holds an MA in Legal Tech from IE Law School in Madrid.
He is a member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE) and the Panamanian Tax Institute (INSPAT) and speaks English and Spanish.
