Byron Sotomayor
Byron is an ECIJA partner in the areas of Employment and Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration, with over nine-years’ experience as a legal advisor to business groups in the area of corporate, civil, employment, commercial and tax law. He also has experience negotiating and resolving conflicts and in procedural representation.
He is currently a court representative for various companies.
Byron holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Catholic University of Santiago in Guayaquil, and is an expert in negotiating and resolving conflicts. He is also an expert in formulating legal strategies for judicial proceedings in various matters.
