Camilo is a partner in ECIJA Colombia’s Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice area. As an expert lawyer in Litigation and Arbitration, Camilo is a List B arbitrator and a clerk of the Arbitral Courts of the Superintendency of Companies of Colombia, and a Conciliator and Clerk of the Arbitral Courts of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. He is an expert in Real Estate Law and provides comprehensive advice on all types of transactions related to the sector.
He is a lecturer at the Department of Private Law at the Pontifical Xavierian University, a lecturer and academic coordinator in the Real Estate Law programme at the Pontifical Xavierian University, and a lecturer at Rosario University in Colombia.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho)with a specialisation in Administrative Law from the Pontifical Xavierian University, an LLM in Law and Taxation from Externado University of Colombia, and an LLM in International Dispute Resolution and Economic Law from Queen Mary University of London.
