David is a partner and a leading expert in international tax law and business structuring, with experience in advising local and multinational companies
With 24 years of experience, David advises on corporate tax, indirect taxes, tax planning, wealth and estate management, business structuring, due diligence, tax compliance, tax litigation, and commercial and corporate consulting. He provides strategic legal counsel to companies operating both in Colombia and abroad.
Prior to joining ECIJA, he founded his own boutique law firm specialized in tax, commercial, corporate, and labor law, and worked with top-tier firms including Ernst & Young Colombia, Brigard & Urrutia, and Houthoff Buruma (Netherlands).
