Gabriel is a partner at the Corporate/M&A, employment, real estate and financial law areas of ECIJA Dominican Republic and represents US, Latin American and European clients in national and international business transactions.
He also assists clients in commercial real estate, energy projects, audits, commercial contracting, and asset acquisitions and sales.
Gabriel was a lecturer in the Corporate Practice in the Master in Corporate Business and International Litigation programme offered by the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University (PUCMM) and King Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
He holds an LLB in Law (Law Degree), magna cum laude, from the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University (PUCMM). Gabriel earned an MA in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University, is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and the American Bar Association, and the International Arbitration Centre of Madrid and the Ibero-American Arbitration Centre (CIAM – CIAR).
He speaks Spanish and English.
