Ignasi Navarro has experience in labor law, business restructuring, and collective bargaining

Throughout his career, he has led cases before labor courts and tribunals at all levels, with several rulings upheld by the Supreme Court in cassation for the unification of doctrine. His deep knowledge of labor law makes him a key advisor in litigation and corporate reorganization processes.

Since 2008, he has been an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona’s Department of Commercial Law, Labor Law, and Social Security.
