Jorge Arturo Reina Interiano is a partner at ECIJA Honduras, with a distinguished career in Administrative Law, Construction, Insurance, and Dispute Resolution. He graduated Cum Laude from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law and Management from INIDEM Business Law School, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in International Trust Management from Universidad Católica de Honduras (UNICAH) and FELABAN.

He has advised companies in the construction sector for more than ten years, including his role as Legal Project Manager for SINOHYDRO CORPORATION LIMITED in the structuring, execution, and management of major infrastructure projects, such as the Patuca III Hydroelectric Project — the most significant public infrastructure project in Honduras in recent decades.

In 2017, he led the ECIJA Honduras team providing legal counsel to the Trust Bank managing the construction of the Civic Government Center in Tegucigalpa, overseeing the structuring of contracts, syndicated loans, and guarantee documents.
