Juan Carlos is a partner in Dispute resolution: litigation and arbitration, Employment
at ECIJA Ecuador and has more than 20-years’ procedural experience. He has appeared as a court representative for major domestic and foreign companies and institutions.
He holds a B.S. in Public and Social Sciences and is a lawyer of the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador, in addition to holding a PhD in Jurisprudence from Central University of Ecuador and completing the Business Course at Harvard University. He is an expert in oral litigation.
