Kaynicté Pérez is Partner in the Corporate M&A, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Real Estate areas at ECIJA Mexico. She has more than 12 years of experience in advising national and international companies on new technologies, internet, e-commerce, sponsorship agreements and contract negotiations. In this regard, he stands out for his expertise in the fashion, real estate, aeronautics, distribution, information technology (IT), virtual assets (cryptocurrencies), startup and fintech industries, among others.
She has led the advice to sports entities in the preparation and negotiation of representation contracts with promoters, commercial contracts, representation agencies and federations. Regarding her experience in contract law and e-commerce, she has led commercial agreements between multinationals with advertising agencies and media, as well as luxury brands and fashion industry companies in their online product exploitation agreements with Amazon, among others. Likewise, with respect to the Fintech industry, Kaynicté has developed commercial agreements for the consolidation of new businesses in Mexico. Kaynicté has also led and advised on multiple international corporate transactions.
Finally, she advises on aeronautical matters, such as regulations, regulatory bodies, cargo clearance at airports and customs, airspace fees, aircraft registration and incorporation, crew licenses and related matters.
She is co-author of numerous publications, including ” Fintech Series in Mexico: regulation to an innovation ecosystem ” (ECIJA, 2022), Fintech Sector LATAM, (ECIJA, 2021) and ” Metaverse Series in Mexico” (ECIJA, 2022). She is a regular contributor of Lexlatin and Foro Jurídico newspapers, among others.
Kaynicté studied law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and has a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Panamericana. She also studied a Master’s Degree in International Business Law at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. Finally, she has a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
