Librado Loriente
Librado Loriente is a partner in Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration at ECIJA. Since joining ECIJA in 2014, Librado has led and coordinated legal advice and defence projects for domestic and international clients in civil, commercial and insolvency proceedings, especially in the retail, telecommunications, technology, banking and finance sectors.
Librado deals with issues related to the defence of the Right to Honour, Privacy and Self-Image, Industrial and Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Condominium Property, and proceedings for infringement of Trademark Law and Unfair Competition.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Madrid Autonomous University, an MA in Business Law from the Garrigues Studies Centre and completed the Startup Lawyers Programme at IE Business School, and the Legal Sector Digitalisation Programme (EDSL) at The Valley Digital Business School.
He is a regular contributor to media and magazines in the legal sector and was selected as a Top 50 Iberian Lawyer Rising Star.
