Macarena Miranda
Macarena is an expert in labour management for national and international companies in the media and entertainment sector. With almost ten years of experience, Macarena has specialised in the entertainment sector, covering labour regulations for artists and labour relations in audiovisual productions, having worked on some of the most relevant audiovisual projects that have been produced in Spain in recent times.
Prior to joining ECIJA, Macarena developed her career at Legiscine, where she led the comprehensive labour management of major Spanish production companies. Macarena is an expert in one stop shop for audiovisual projects, managing all stages of the production cycle. This proposal includes the hiring of authors, cast and crew, the management of work permits, customs and special permits for minors, tax advice to take advantage of incentives for foreign filming in Spain and compliance with tax obligations in the country.
