Patricia Gómez-Cambronero
Patricia is an ECIJA partner in its tax law area. She has over 13 years’ experience providing tax advice to multinational companies and consolidated groups.
She began her career at EY Abogados, as a Senior in the Corporate Tax department, providing ongoing advice to consolidated groups and tax planning for corporate income tax purposes for large international and national companies.
Patricia then served as a lawyer in the corporate tax planning and restructuring department of Garrido Abogados and ascended to the position of partner in RSM’s tax area before her incorporation to ECIJA in 2021.
At ECIJA, Patricia is dedicated to advice on Corporate and M&A projects, as well as Due Diligence and Corporate Restructuring. She provides tax advice to multinational groups in addition to large estates, succession planning and family business.
She holds an LLB in Law and Business Administration from Carlos III University (Madrid), in addition to an MA in Business Tax Affairs from ICADE.
