Sönke Lund
Sönke Lund is a partner at the Corporate / M&A, IP and TMT practice areas, and heads the German Desk in Barcelona.
With over 20 years of experience, Sönke Lund, a Rechtsanwalt and an Abogado (Spanish lawyer), has been instrumental in advising international corporations across various sectors, from technology over life sciences to consumer products. His expertise spans international business law, particularly in the protection of tangible and intangible assets, general contract, and commercial law, including regulatory compliance and liability issues.
Recognized as a foreign expert on Intellectual Property in Spain and Germany by Chambers and Partners, and a prominent expert in Franchise Law and Product Liability Defence by Who’s Who Legal, Sönke’s influence extends globally.
