The Public and Regulatory Law area of the Firm provides comprehensive advice on administrative law in general and judicial reviews, both for individuals and companies and for public administrations and public sector entities. It also advises on compulsory expropriation proceedings, asset liability, subsidies and public aid, and in all areas of regulatory law.

In recent years it has actively intervened in deregulations of the telecommunications sector, rail transport, aeronautic sector, and the audiovisual sector.

Of special note is its activity with private companies, such as in the telecommunications sector, advising the most representative and important companies on matters of different magnitude, and its activity in public administrations, in studies for the implementation of electronic tenders.
