Hugo Écija selected among the 10 best lawyers in Spain in the Expansion Awards

The winner will be announced during the gala to be held on Thursday June 23 at the Teatro Real in Madrid.

The Journal Expansion organizes together with the IE, Lefebvre-El Derecho, the Banco Santander and Signium as main sponsors, the most prestigious awards in the legal sector in Spain.

In this First Edition of the expansion Awards for Excellence in Business Law, Hugo Écija has been selected among the 10 best lawyers in Spain. The criteria taken into account for this award have been its expertise, participation in major operations and key industry consulting legal issues, as well as their leadership and management, social commitment and pro bono work.

Among the 10 finalists are some of  the best lawyers in business law; José María Alonso (Baker & McKenzie), Miquel Montañá (Clifford Chance), Alejandro Ortiz (Linklaters), Eduardo Soler – Tappa (Herbert Smith Freehills), Javier Amantegui (Clifford Chance), Cani Fernández (Cuatrecasas), Juan Picon (DLA Piper ), Fernando Vives (Garrigues) and Javier García de Enterría (Clifford Chance).
