Thutia is partner of the Labour Department of CTA ECIJA and has 10 years of experience in labor consultancy and litigation. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree at Fundação Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro, where she also completed the Continuing Education Course in Corporate Labour Law. In addition, she has a postgraduate degree in Labour and Procedural Law at Faculdade de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas– IBMEC/RJ and at Escola Associtiva dos Juízes do Trabalho in partnership with Faculdade CERS.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association and author of articles on Labour Law.

Speaks English and Portuguese.
