ECIJA awarded as TMT (Technology, Media & Telecoms.) Law Firm of the Year in Spain by Finance Monthly

Now in its third year, the Finance Monthly Law Awards recognize law firms and legal professionals who have outperformed their peers through dedication to client service and work undertaken. The 2012 Finance Monthly Law Awards celebrate firms that have innovated and stayed one step ahead in a very competitive market. ECIJA has been awarded as TMT (Technology, Media & Telecoms) Law Firm of the Year in Spain by Finance Monthly.

In August 2012 the Finance Monthly research team began contacting its corporate readership to glean direct feedback regarding their experiences and the services received by law firms used. In parallel we asked the readership of Finance Monthly to participate in an online voting process and nominate their preferred law firm for 2012.

ECIJA is since many years ago, according to all rankings the best Firm of Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) in Spain.  Recently, Alejandro Touriño and Carlos Perez, partners and co-Heads of the Information Technology practice at ECIJA, have been selected among the ‘Best Lawyers in Information Technology law in Spain’, by the prestigious American ranking Best Lawyers in its 2013 edition. Meanwhile Hugo Écija, founder and managing partner of ECIJA, has been appointed as one of the best lawyers of the Spanish market in two areas: Media and Intellectual Property law by Best Lawyers for fifth year in a row.
