Francisco Alarcón is a partner at ECIJA Ecuador in the areas of commerce and public and regulatory compliance, and is a specialist in public procurement, insurance and international negotiations. He also has extensive experience reviewing and managing contracts.
Francisco has more than 20-years’ experience in legal representation of foreign companies in Ecuador in the areas of oil & gas, international hydrocarbons trade and software.
He holds a PhD in Jurisprudence and has completed specialisation courses and seminars in civil law, tax matters, negotiation techniques and the US judicial system, mediation and international arbitration.
