Graduate in Legal Sciences, with more of 20 years practicing as a legal advisor in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Risk & Compliance and Legaltech.
Experience advising national and international clients in the areas of electricity, telecommunications, environment, health and technology.
Leader in negotiations, with experience as a portfolio manager for bank and financial clients, in the healthy management of arrears, judicial recovery and extrajudicial negotiations. She has been a corporate advisor and implementer of legal strategies.
