Alfonso is a partner of ECIJA País Vasco. He is a specialist in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law, as well as public law with more than 26 years of experience in advising public and private entities and urban developments.
He has more than 26 years of experience in advising individuals and legal entities on real estate and urban development matters, specifically in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and property acquisition and sale operations, as well as in the management of urban developments, both at the level of urban planning and urban development management (Compensation/Concertation Boards, Reparcelling Projects, Urban Development Interest Groupings and other Collaborating Urban Development Entities). He has also provided legal advice to Public Administrations, Entities and Public Companies, both local and regional, as well as intervening before the Courts of Justice in defence of his clients’ interests.
He also holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies.
Alfonso holds a degree in Law and Economics from the University of Deusto, Bilbao and speaks English and Spanish. He has been a member of the Alava Bar Association since 1996.
