Arthur Lavatori
Partner of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts and Special Projects area of Maneira Advogados. He has more than 22 years of experience in the legal areas of large Public Companies, having acted for more than 1 year as statutory director in a Dutch subsidiary. He has acted in corporate reorganisation processes and in some of the largest and most complex recent mergers and acquisitions processes in the country. He has experience in insolvency proceedings, having acted in the largest recent court recovery case in the country.
Degree in Law from USU and Degree in Social Communication from UERJ. Postgraduate degree in Business Law from PUC/RJ. Mergers and Acquisitions Programme at Utrecht University. Board of Directors Training Course given by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance).
Certified Professional with emphasis in Management by ICSS (Institute of Institutional Certification and Social Security Professionals).
