Carolina Montero
Carolina is a partner at ECIJA in the industrial property area and has more than twenty years of experience in providing comprehensive and strategic assistance to clients in industrial property matters, assisting in the protection of the client’s assets at national and international level.
Montero has extensive experience in the strategic approach to trademarks, review and audit of protection. Negotiations, agreements and alternative proposals in industrial property, industrial property contracts and multidisciplinary support to clients both in Spain and abroad.
Carolina holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in European Union Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and a specialisation in Industrial Property from San Pablo CEU.
Carolina speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
