Constanza Cassino
Constanza is a lawyer with a distinguished track record in the field of Public Law, Administrative Law, and Government Affairs, with over 25 years of professional experience. Since 2001, she has built her career at prominent national law firms, providing specialized legal advice to public entities, private companies, and third-sector organizations in matters related to administrative law, regulatory frameworks, and interaction with public authorities.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in the design, implementation, and defense of legal strategies in public tenders, government procurement, administrative sanctioning procedures, expropriations, public services, economic regulation, authorizations and concessions, as well as in public-private partnerships (PPPs) and infrastructure projects.
In addition to her private sector work, Constanza has held high-level public positions, notably serving as Undersecretary of Administrative Coordination in the National Government. This public service experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of State operations and enables her to effectively represent and protect clients’ interests before government bodies and regulatory authorities.
Constanza also advises on public policy development, regulatory analysis, and legislative processes, supporting clients in shaping legal frameworks and institutional engagement strategies.
