BIO
João de Moraes Vaz
João is a real estate partner at ECIJA Portugal and has nearly 10-years’ experience advising domestic and international companies in the real estate and corporate sector.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Lusiada University in Lisbon, and has completed various courses in Real Estate Law.
João was part of the Real Estate of Telles team of the Abreu & Associados Law Firm until 2017, when he joined ECIJA‘s Antas da Cunha team.
He is a regular contributor to media and magazines in the real estate sector: “Direito Real de Habitação Duradoura”, “Recordando as mais recentes alterações legislativas em matéria de arrendamento”, “A nova lei de preferência”, among others.
He speaks English and Portuguese.
