Juan Eugenio Tordesillas
Juan Eugenio Tordesillas is a regulatory compliance partner and has more than 8-years’ experience in the area. He was a founding partner of the Comter boutique firm before joining ECIJA.
Tordesillas has advised domestic and international clients on compliance and financial and insurance sector regulations. He provides advice regarding the regulatory compliance requirements to be considered by the private sector and the public sector, and on the adequacy of regulatory compliance programmes in relation to competition and public compliance standards.
In the field of the digital economy, he also provides advice in the Fintech field, particularly in relation to digital onboarding and money laundering prevention procedures.
He is a Postgraduate Lecturer at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Carlos III University of Madrid and at Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid, and he holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) with an Extraordinary Award from the University of Castilla-La Mancha. He speaks English and Spanish.
