He leads a line of specialised and strategic advice on compliance matters, aimed at listed companies through the review and adaptation of their policies, internal regulations and risk maps, as well as the analysis of the autonomy of their lines of defence and, finally, the fit of the different compliance management systems with their governance system.
In regulatory matters, it stands out for its experience in the prevention of money laundering, especially in the Fintech field, as well as in the evaluation and improvement of the rules and criteria for the avoidance of conflicts of interest.

Academic activity
- Extensive experience as a postgraduate lecturer in multiple masters and specialisation courses on Compliance in different public and private universities, including, among others, the University of Castilla-La Mancha, the University Carlos III of Madrid, the University Antonio de Nebrija and the European University.
- Lecturer in the specialised courses on "Artificial Intelligence and Compliance" and "Internal Information Systems (whistleblowing)" at Formación Lefebvre.
