Leonardo is a partner in the areas of Intellectual and Industrial Property and Audiovisual Law, and Corporate/M&A of ECIJA in Honduras.
Leonardo has extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law and in advising domestic and international clients, focusing on the areas of patents, trademarks and copyrights, assignment and use of patents, national trademarks, utility models, patent and trademark protection, and patent registration.
He has sat on the boards of banks, foundations and other non-profit organisations and has been England’s Honorary Consul in Honduras since 2004.
He holds an MA in Comparative Law from Georgetown University and an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) the National Autonomous University of Honduras. Leonardo is a member of the Honduran Bar Association (ASIPI) of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
