Octavio M. Zenarruza
Octavio Zenarruza is a partner in the Corporate/M&A and Finance practice areas of ECIJA Argentina.
He was founding partner of Elzen Abogados, now ECIJA Argentina, where he developed significant experience over twenty years advising Argentine and foreign clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic and business advice and on matters of corporate and financial law.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from the University of Buenos Aires, and an LLM in Law from the University of Pennsylvania (USA). Octavio specialises in Constitutional and Private Law and has completed studies in Corporate and Financial Law.
