Odete Sousa Pereira
Odete is a partner at ECIJA Portugal in the areas of Real Estate law and Sustainability and the Environment. He previously worked at Jorge Carneiro & Associados as a partner for more than 20 years.
He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from the University of Coimbra, has attended numerous courses such as the Tax Criminal Law Course, promoted by the Bar Association and the Intensive Arbitration Course of the Law School of the University of Minho.
Odete holds a postgraduate degree in Taxation from the Advanced Business Administration Institute (ISAG), a postgraduate degree in Contractual Law from Catholic University and a postgraduate degree in Administrative Litigation from the same University, in addition to completing numerous courses and seminars.
