Xavier is an expert lawyer in administrative litigation, public law, and regulatory matters, with extensive experience advising and representing public and private companies

Xavier Molina López is partner of the Litigation Department in Cuenca at ECIJA Ecuador, with over 18 years of experience in Public Law, Constitutional Law, general litigation, and Intellectual Property. He has held high-responsibility positions, including President of the National Council for Migration Policy, Ministerial Advisor, and Legal Advisor at the Inter-American Center for Handicrafts and Popular Arts (CIDAP).

Before joining ECIJA Ecuador, he was a founding partner of Estudio Central Abogados, where he led the resolution of complex cases in public and regulatory law. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy from the Università di Genova and a Master’s degree in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante.

His practice is distinguished by his ability to provide multilingual legal advice in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, serving both national and international clients. He has been recognized by prestigious legal directories such as Leaders League and Legal 500 for his professional excellence.
