Xavier Molina
Xavier is a partner at ECIJA GPA Ecuador. He is a lawyer specialising in Constitutional and Public Law with more than 15-years’ experience in advising and sponsoring individuals, companies and institutions. He has extensive experience as chair of the National Council for Migration Policy, as an advisor to the Minister of the Interior, and as legal counsel to the Inter-American Centre of Popular Arts and Crafts.
Before joining ECIJA, Xavier was a founding partner of Estudio Central Abogados.
He holds an MA in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy from University of Genoa, and an MA in Legal Argumentation – Senescyt Registry from University of Alicante Law School. Xavier is a specialist in Legal Argumentation and speaks Spanish and English.
