Elena has a professional background of more than 20 years advising in international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company and group restructurings, joint ventures and private equity deals. She provides general corporate advice and counsel to companies, partnerships and individuals in a number of sectors. She regularly advices management, corporate boards and shareholders with respect to general corporate and commercial matters.
She holds a Law Degree and an LLM in International Law from ISDE in Barcelona. She is a member of International Bar Association (IBA) and Barcelona Bar Association. She is selected as one of the best lawyers in the Spanish Market for Corporate and M&A by the prestigious international ranking Best Lawyers. Elena speaks Spanish, English and French.
