Henrique Moser
Henrique is a Corporate/M&A partner at ECIJA Portugal.
He was a founding partner of the Moser & Lobo d’Avila firm between 2010 and 2013, subsequently joining Telles de Abreu and Associados as a partner.
He is a lawyer specialised in commercial law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions, and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1997.
He has been recommended several times internationally in the areas of commercial and real estate law.
Henrique holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) from Lusiada University of Lisbon, and he completed his postgraduate studies in Tax Law (company tax and VAT) at the Tax Studies Institute (IDEF).
